At Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in their original, unused condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
